Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €853 is due.
Notes
Upon Booking: $1,000 security deposit AND 50% of rent is due.
30 Days From Arrival:Â The remaining 50% of rent is due.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel more than 15 days before arrival, your security deposit and 50% of rent will be refunded to you. Cancellations within the 15 day arrival window, ONLY the security deposit will be refunded.Â
All payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. No shows will not receive a refund. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment on or before due date will be considered a cancellation under this subparagraph and will result in forfeiture of the Reservation deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
